Stretch Mark Camouflage

Stretch mark camouflage is a paramedical tattoo technique designed to soften the appearance of stretch marks by blending them with the surround skin. By carefully matching pigment to your natural skin tone, this treatment can help reduce the contrast between stretch marks and the surrounding skin, creating a more balanced and natural appearance.

You May Benefit From This Treatment If You Have:

  • Stretch marks caused by pregnancy, weight changes or rapid growth
  • Stretch marks from bodybuilding or muscle development
  • Stretch marks that have fully healed and are lighter than the surrounding area
  • Areas of hypopigmentation or loss of pigment within stretch marks

How the Treatment Works

Stretch mark camouflage works by implanting pigment carefully matched to that of your individual skin color.  This helps soften the contrast between the stretch mark and the surrounding skin, so the area blends more evenly with surrounding tissue. Treatment is customized for each client to ensure the most subtle results.

Consultation Required

Because every client's skin and stretch marks are different, a consultation is required before treatment.  During your consultation we evaluate the condition of the skin, discuss your goals, and determine whether stretch mark camouflage, inkless stretch mark revision, or a combination of the two would be the most appropriate action.

Healing & Results

Healing time can vary depending on the size of the treatment area and the condition of the skin.  Some clients may require multiple sessions to achieve the most balanced results.  As the skin recovers and the pigment settles, the contrast between the stretch marks and the surrounding skin can soften, creating a more even appearance.

Important Considerations

Stretch mark camouflage works best on stretch marks that are fully healed, flat, and lighter than the surrounding skin.  Stretch marks that are still red, purple, or raised may need additional time to mature before camouflage can be performed or may benefit from stretch mark revision treatments first.
